1. General Use

  • Misuse of our Website or services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited.

2. Reservations & Payments

  • All reservations must be confirmed with valid payment information at the time of booking.

  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking, or changes to your itinerary.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled ride time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation are subject to full charges.

  • No-shows or failure to appear at the designated pickup point will be charged in full.

4. Service Rules

  • Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to passengers under the influence of illegal substances or engaging in unsafe behavior.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

  • Damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will result in repair charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Our liability shall not exceed the cost of the reserved service.

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

6. User Accounts

  • If you create an account on our Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property
