  • By booking a ride, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Reservations & Cancellations

  • All reservations must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
  • Cancellations made within 24-48 hrs may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full fare.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are subject to change based on demand, distance, and service type.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking or upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept major credit cards, cash, and other approved payment methods.

4. Passenger Conduct

  • No smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior is allowed inside our vehicles.
  • The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the ride.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger at our discretion.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not liable for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the ride.

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service interruptions due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chicago, IL.
